Net Control 2 PRO Mobile is a free application for Android and iOS platforms, developed by Net Software P.C ("Software"). This Software is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This document is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Software.
If you choose to use our Software, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Software. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Net Control 2 PRO Mobile unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy covers only information processed and provided by the mobile client application Net Control 2 PRO Mobile for Android or iOS and does not cover other programs or modules of Net Control 2 PRO family, including versions for Windows, OS X.
Classroom Management Software
The Software is a part of the classroom management software solution Net Control 2 PRO and is intended for providing communication between Instructors that use an external Instructor module of Net Control 2 PRO and Users that use this Software. The "communication" term means that using this Software, Users can establish a network connection with Instructor computers (devices), send to Instructors help requests, statuses, text information, screenshots (the application's screens only, except third party applications), results of polls, quizzes, student registration details ; receive from Instructors text messages, statuses, polls, quizzes, requests for additional information (student registration details); use Broadcast Desktop tool (as a viewer only); participate in chats initiated by Instructors, use Whiteboard, Raise Hand tools and other communication tools as described on the Software's home page (https://www.netcontrol2.com/mobile ). Any information sent between Users and Instructors using this Software is carried over local network connection, and between these parties only. The Software does not collect, log, analyze or disclose to any third party such information.
To provide for Instructors a way of identification of Users or for correct operation of tools and features, including network communication, the Software may transfer to Instructors the following information: a device name, including device's model, serial number, operating system, including version number, IP address in the local network, MAC address, host name (DNS name), hardware information. This information may be sent to Instructor computers, processed there, visible for Instructors, but is never collected, stored or sent to any other computers. Particularly, we never collect, store or send such information except explicit cases described below.
Information Collection and Use
The Software does not collect nor send to Net Software P.C. or third parties any information processed by the Software. Nevertheless, when you are clicking Internet links provided in the Software and are redirected to our websites, we may collect information that is passed to our webservers by an Internet browser of your device, including but not limited to IP addresses, cookies, an operating system version, Internet browser type and version. The information obtained in this way will be used as described in this privacy policy.
When you are downloading the Software from a third party service, for example, Google Play Store, such third party service may collect information used to identify you. This Privacy Policy does not cover such external services, please review Privacy Policies of these third party sources or services before obtaining the Software.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Software, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Software, the time and date of your use of the Software, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Software does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Software.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
