In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

We strive to reply to all requests in the most timely manner possible. For common requests the estimated time of response is 15-30 minutes if placed between 8:00 and 20:00 (UTC/GMT, or 4am-4pm EDT/EST); more complex requests that require additional time for testing, checking or processing are processed within one business day.

Submitting a ticket please ensure that your specified email address is correct. You will receive an automated notification to your email address when a reply will be provided by Net Control 2 Support staff.
